As you are aware, we are a membership organization founded in 1986 with the vision of a vibrant resource-based tourism industry in Manitoba that showcases world-class experiences to our guests while supporting local employment, the provincial economy and contributing to the sustainability of our natural resources.

Membership Fee $367.50 ($350 + GST)
NEF Fees

| Less than $50,000 | $250 |
| $50,000 to $99,000 | $500 |
| $100,000 to $249,000 | $750 |
| $250,000 to $500,000 | $1,000 |
| Greater than $500,000 | $2,000 |
A reminder NEF contributions were voted by the membership in 2019 as mandatory for MLOA members and based on annual revenues. We also understand everything since 2020 has been the opposite of easy. If you had no revenues in 2021 or will have difficulties meeting NEF minimums, please contact the office so we can work with you on a solution.
MLOA created the Nature Enhancement Fund (NEF) as a way to give back to the enjoyment of the outdoors in Manitoba. For this initiative to be successful, MLOA asks all our members to collect fees from their guests as part of their contribution. Funds raised go towards future projects that focus on preserving, conserving and enhancing natural resources in Manitoba. This program, similar to ones implemented all over the world, will help protect the resources your business needs to survive and if implemented as part of your business model, additional member costs are nothing other than time to promote to clients and remit funds.
