CONVENTION REGISTRATION FORM

  • Price: $ 0.00 CAD Quantity:
    No cost for Allied Members to attend MLOA Convention. There is a cost for banquet and lunch tickets only. Allied Members may bring as many people (staff, family, etc) as they like to the convention but only need to fill in a single registration. Banquet and lunch tickets are to be purchased separately and are not included in the convention registration. Convention registration includes access to all convention meetings and seminars, the allied member trade show, and the President's Reception on Dec. 10. MLOA membership must be current and in good standing to qualify for free registration.
  • Price: $ 525.00 CAD Quantity:
    (Price is $500 plus GST) Includes one 10X10 booth and convention registration for two. Exhibitors may purchase additional meal tickets if they plan on having more than two people attend. Please note only MLOA allied member businesses may exhibit.
  • Price: $ 65.00 CAD Quantity:
    (No GST) Tickets to our Dec. 10 fundraising banquet may be purchased individually for $65 each, for those not registering for the convention or for additional guests. Banquet seating is unassigned rush seating. Friends, family members, clients and guests are more than welcome to attend.
  • Price: $ 500.00 CAD Quantity:
    (No GST) Reserve a table for 10 at our Dec. 11 fundraising banquet.
  • Price: $ 25.00 CAD Quantity:
    (No GST) In-house lunches will be served in the main convention hall. Lunch tickets are $25 per person. Please note lunch is included with convention registration. Please purchase individual lunch tickets only for extra attendees.

    (No GST) Sponsorships cover not only our convention but the whole upcoming year. Sponsorship includes free exhibitor space and convention registration; plus four tickets to our Dec. 10 banquet, and the opportunity to place brochures and/or promotional items in our convention kits. Sponsor logos are featured on our convention sponsor banner and other printed convention materials. Sponsorship also includes a complimentary 2018 MLOA Allied Membership, logo placement in our E Newsletter and website home page for one year (2018).
