Annually, MLOA awards grant funding from our Nature Enhancement Fund (NEF) based on donations from our members and their guests. MLOA created NEF as a way to give back to the enjoyment of the outdoors in Manitoba. Funds raised go towards future projects that focus on preserving, conserving and enhancing natural resources in Manitoba. If you have a project that supports these initiatives, we invite you to apply through our portal.
In 2023, the MLOA will be awarding a new round of grant funding from our Nature Enhancement Fund, based on donations received in 2022. The object of these grants is to support initiatives that provide or preserve opportunities for Manitobans and visitors alike to hunt and fish in Manitoba. We are now accepting applications for funding consideration. The deadline for applications is April 28, 2023. Applications will be reviewed and announced in May 2023.
