Earlier this summer the MLOA Board of Directors and staff gathered for our annual Summer Planning Retreat - a chance to step away from our day-to-day and collaborate in person to plan for the year ahead.  

Over two days we discussed current industry issues, advocacy priorities, member initiatives, wildlife management, professional development, and preparations for our 2026 AGM. We also reviewed ongoing projects and mapped out what’s next for the Association and our members!

We’re looking forward to putting these plans into action!
